I own a 2020 CX9 Signature. Does anyone have any experience with adding the Mazda tow receiver? My dealer is telling me if I add a tow receiver the hands free rear autolift gate will no longer work. Anyone have any luck with this?

"The hands-free lift gate feature on your 2020 Mazda CX-9 will still be functional if you install the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # 76020. You may need to kick using a back and forth motion though instead of just waving your foot left to right for the sensors to pick up the motion."
