2017~2024 CX-5 Borla Exhaust

@Tommy Egan
Can you give a feedback on the mpg.effect after installing the Borla.

There is not much of a change or any with MPG.

I am averaging about 24mpg with a combo of city and highway driving.

Wow this nice, exactly the sound I am after. Will definitely be changing the rear muffler for an aftermarket one.

Tommy, I am sure you must be loving the sound change every time you drive the car.

Nice! I thought about pulling the trigger when I saw it on Summit. I went racing beat instead. The biggest thing I was afraid of was its 2" exhaust and I want to go bigger on my midpipe here soon. I do like the sound of the touring though.

All the axle backs are way too expensive for minimal power gains and a 4 cylinder that is not a boxer engine won't sound any better with one

While this is true, some just want their cars to sound different, and this is just one way (of many) to do it.

This worries me as, they both may “fit”, I’d imagine they require different specs/back pressure amounts. The engines are putting out drastically different power🤔
What is there to be worried about?

lol it's an axle back exhaust - the backpressure is negligible.

this is for looks and sound - 0 performance gains and nothing to worry about.
