Hi all, first post here.
I've got an '07 Mz5 Sport MT. Did some suspension work and went to get an alignment, then found out the rear toe adjustment cam bolts are rusted into the bushings (thanks MN winter...). I'm planning on just cutting them out and replacing the bolts so my toe-in can be brought back to spec.
I'll have to get new arms as a result, and noticed that the Mevotech CMS76155 (https://www.rockauto.com/en/moreinfo.php?pk=6118212&cc=1434567&jsn=5149) is listed as compatible for both 3 and 5, but other companies' arms don't indicate this. I was hoping the ones for the 3 would work since they are about half the price: (https://www.rockauto.com/en/moreinfo.php?pk=9347764&cc=1434568&jsn=2816). Mazda dealer websites list them with different part numbers.
So is the Mevotech really different, or is Mazda just giving the same item a different part number? Thanks for any help!
