Anyone have input on a used CX-9?

I want o buy a Mazda, either CX-5 or CX-9. I just found a Mazda CX-9 for sale by owner 2011 Touring model FWD power everything, he is asking $7,500. But it has 136,390 miles on it. One owner pics look really good. I have no idea how many miles it will last and I don't want to have to put in money right off due to something breaking. You may or may not realize, I'm the female type, but I can do some of my own work.

Does anyone have words to help me?

Couple things. Find out if you need the extra room and third row seating. If you do, then I would maybe avoid the pre 2016 cx9 unless the water pump was replaced.
