Many of us have gone through this problem of jumping and screaming wiper blades in Mazda cx5. For me the solution was Bosch blades that did the trick and they are still working after so many years. Sometimes I feel that over cleaning and waxing the windscreen makes it worse.

Clean glass and blades are the key. When they get dirty, you can get stuttering. Sealants and coatings are what you want if you want water beading and easy cleaning going forward. I wouldn't use a wax. But if you have stuttering issues, applying it to the blades as well helps. I didn't have to do that with the OEM blades and Quick View. I applied that to the glass only.
New blades, and RainX (not the add to washer fluid kind).
