2018 Mazda6 Drive Belt Discoloration

Hello, I am in a bit of a dilemma here. My drive belt had to be changed at 18k due to a cold start squeak. Now at 30K, my drive belts had to be changed again due to some strange discoloration. The dealer looked at it and said it was not normal. Below is the belt at 30k.

After changing the belt, I have driven about 700miles. Out of curiosity, I opened my hood to take a look and my belt looks like this:

I tried to ask this question on different forums but got mixed answers- some people said that this was normal, and was due to the label paint smearing on the rest of the belt, while others stated that this is not normal and that the belt is misaligned.

I was wondering if any of you guys had come across this issue and if this is something I need to worry about.
