2010 CX-9 Front air conditioner slow to come on

My rear A/C works fine, blows well, chills. The front fan doesn't come on right away. Sometimes up to 3 or 4 minutes. No cold air until then. Any ideas?

Failing fan motor or its control, or failing air dampers. Can you hear the fan motor even though you aren't getting air output?

Mine is doing the same thing and blower stops running completely...Is there any place to get a free wiring diagram so I can troubleshoot it? Please and thank you,
