2009 CX-9 Factory nav system question

Hi.
Can anyone help me with this question.....

I have the Mazda CX-9 2009 with bose AM/FM radio. I'm wanting to install the OEM factory navigation system. Do I need to purchase the radio replacement interface & steering wheel cables & Mazda GPS antenna, or will it be a plug N go situation.

I have not taken my radio to see cables, just wanting to see if anyone else has done this & can help out.

I would advise that you look at an aftermarket head unit with navigation and go that route. The factory system is so out of date and horrible, and there are no updates.

I would agree that the OEM unit (I have a CX5) is pretty junky. Hard to use. Downloads of updated maps take days (I'm working on 48 hours and still not downloaded fully).
