Check engine light on low fuel?

2016 CX-5 Check engine light on when fuel under 150 range repeated...Fuel cap closed tight. Anytime fuel over the 150 range, it goes away. Minor shake when pressing brake pedal.

What can this be? Anyone experience this or similar situations?

Go to an auto parts store such as Auto Zone to read the code for free when the CEL is on.
