I hear what you're saying, but unfortunately the age of the car doesn't affect the cost of producing an all new part for it. It may sound crazy, but you're better off paying a fair price for newly developed parts for the car, since it will afford the company producing them to make more parts...

You'd be hard pressed to find a company willing to give away CAD files of a part that they are looking to produce.

Aluminum, of course.

It's so large that I had to print it out in 5 pieces, so I just epoxied it together. It fits great! Stay tuned for more info.
