Evan if my car is acting up still I'll co-drive with you in the MS6 if you want. The 9-10 psi of boost might be a wee too much for the 230k motor. Runs fine up to 7psi as it was when it was stock, but when it hit WOTat 9-10 it sputters a little bit, but can barely feel/hear it. No reason to risk the motor when it isn't tuned for it and I don't have money to get it tuned. Probably just going to just swap the oem wg back on and see how she runs then. I might have to take off the ssafc too if my afr is still all over the place as well![]()
My good friend has a bend in one of his stock genpu MS3 wheels and he needs to get it fixed. He needs his car every day, so he's been looking for another set of wheels to use while the stocker gets fixed. So he's going to buy my RX8 wheels. Do you have a boost controller? sounds like you are experiencing fuel cut.......
No boost controller. Just a aftermarket wg that has a 9psi spring. My afr's are barried at 10 so I'm assuming it isn't fuel cut unless it is unloading too much fuel and pulsing because of too much flow? I really want to get it tuned, but it is bad timing right now. Overall the car runs great and pulls really hard in 2nd which is perfect for autoX.
what about the wires?
I knew my wires were gone when it stared sputtering, they looked fine when I replaced them. They were only an issue in the high rpms
