NEMOC Random BS Thread

Thank you SO much everyone for showing up. I'm finally able to sit down and write this to all of those who participated. I think it was an amazing inaugural event and I can't wait until we do it again!

There are pictures being uploaded at a crazy speed from everyone, and I'm trying to gather them all so we can see all of them.

Thanks again everyone, it was awesome meeting all of you.

Thanks for the memories! Great times then.

I ended up not getting the LS swapped Miata I was looking at a month or two ago. Somebody outbid me so I'm still Mazdaless. Thinking about it more, having 1 car instead of 2 is easy for my living situation at the moment. So rather than keep looking for another swapped Miata I decided to make my Jeep more fun.

I generally don't like the idea of replacing parts that work perfectly fine. My preference is to wait until they need to be replaced and then replace them with something better. At 37,000 miles it was about time to replace the air filter. So this past weekend I replaced it with something better :)

I think the upgrade might breathe a LITTLE bit better :D

It certainly makes a lot more noise while breathing now :) The supercharger itself is actually relatively quiet, as is the BOV. I do get a lot of intake and exhaust noise though (I did a cat-back the week before). It's still not very fast, esp considering the size of the supercharger

The next thing to wear out should be the tires. Then it's going to be 35s and a small lift :)

i think i found my miata. just not sure top offer id give. fresh new paint (got scratched damaged when being worked on at a tire shop so shop paid to have part of it painted and owner decided to just have it all done). tbelt done 20k ago, new brakes, tires. small ripping starting in drivers seat. all records from 1st owner. hes going to send me more pics tonight.
just not sure what i should offer!

an m-edition.. nice.

it looks like he sold the original BBS wheels though. the ones on the car right now are from the 97 M.

yeah he told me all about it. someone approached him wanting the bbs wheels and willing to shell out some good money. so he sold them and traded for the ones that are on there. i dont mind though, its less wheel to clean! im waiting on more pics but if he would take 4k-4200, ill book my flight and go get it!
