Good way, I hate those people that cross the line. I make it a point to get as close as ******* possible to them when I come screaming around a corner. My favorite spot to do this is going 91S and turning left onto north river rd. Phen will know exactly what I mean.
I'm just talking about the easy stuff: speeding, reckless driving, running traffic lights/stop signs, etc. Every day I hear about the City of Cincinnati's financial troubles and there's such an easy solution. For example, there's a big stretch of I75 that's under construction with a posted speed limit of 45 mi/hr. I see many cars blasting through this area at speeds of 70 mi/hr and higher. Combine reckless speeding with double fines in a workzone and you're at $1000/ticket. Assume just ten tickets a day and that's $10K in revenue for the city. Problem solved? The enforcers need to understand what they need to enforce before they can do it too... which is really mind boggling.
I find that funny considering they put those "Fines doubled in workzones" signs everywhere. To me, those should be the most heavily enforced areas along with school zones, which is something else I've noticed goes unprotected in Ohio. They must really not care about kids here. Back in Virginia my middle school was on a main road. I'm pretty sure the police had someone posted there every school day.I believe that they can enforce those laws when they want to. Memorial Day weekend on the way down to Columbus I saw more cops than I have ever seen before. They were not shy about pulling people over either, they were even hiding in the construction zone which is something they don't typically do.

Agreed. WV is like that too. The "workzone speed limit" is only in effect when lights are flashing. It's just like a school zone. Makes perfect sense to me.I agree about the enforcement of the work/school zones. I would prefer a difference speed limit situation though... In PA I think they lower the speed when there are workers present. That makes the most sense to me. On the highway leave it at 60-65 when no one is working but drop it to 40-45 when workers are present.
I64 back in Virginia Beach/Norfolk is the same way. But, this is exactly what I was getting at. I was going 52 mi/hr in the 45 mi/hr workzone and I had people flying by me, tailgating, speeding up on me and changing lanes at the last moment, and just generally driving dangerously and I was already doing 7 over the limit! I was essentially a road hazard because I was attempting (and failing) to follow the law.thats like 79 in pittsburgh, is a 55mph speed limit but you get run off the road doing 70... to me thats crazy, either raise the speed limit or start enforcing it stricter, going 15 over and still being damn near run off the road is unacceptable IMO
Alright I hate my computer. What should i replace it with because I'm not up to date on computers at all.

Laptop, i constantly clean it out, I back it up all the time keep barely anything on the Hard drive itself (have an external HD) the battery got a little low this morning while transferring some pictures to my new phone (10% ish on battery) and it just shut the screen off and I've tried to plug it in and restart it about six times now and it turns on but the screen stays black and it does nothing. I want a 13 inch laptop to replace it something light weight and relatively powerful.
the 45 zones with no workers present piss me off!!! Everyone goes 60 anyways. There is occasionally a cop sitting by school zones around here.I agree about the enforcement of the work/school zones. In the little town by me every day there is school the one cop is sitting in the school zone making sure you're going not a hair over 20mph. They also are pretty strict about their 35mph speed limit haha.
ive never had any issues with 10 over in most of those places, but probably depends on carTheres a lot of cops around here that enforce the laws...mainly because tickets bring them a lot of $
I never do more than 4-5 over in peninsula, boston heights, silver lake, bath
