Jake, what is E-tune? Is that some fancy-shmansy Speed3 tuning system because you guys are spoiled with tunable ECU's? So you're putting down 304whp with the new turbo setup?
I forgot you own a dinosaur. I would explain it to you but I don't like typing. Yeah I am already maxed out on the turbo, shopping for a bigger one now..
Oh man, I'm just now getting hip to Techflex. This stuff looks awesome and they have a split style one to use for the connectors I can't/don't want to de-pin. I'll be using all this stuff for the engine bay and will keep the plastic loom from Radio Shack on the shelf.

glad to hear, was worried for a second i was going to have to make the long drive over to make sure that the plastic loom stayed out of the engine bay..
I'm thinking about this stuff we call 'snakeskin' in the AV field. It's nylon webbing that is kinda like a chinese finger - slide the wire in - pull until it's tight on the wires. Neat stuff.

I've rewired a new Mustang engine with techflex. I used 1/2" through 2" techflex at work when running power whips to computer carts. Had an extra box in my car when doing the install. Looks great and very heat resistant. My work orders them in spools of 100ft+ that come in a box. The box is about 1ft on both sides and 2-3ft tall. Hole in the top allows you to feed as much as you need. We ended up using only 1"+ at work so the leftover 1/2" went to the now 1000hp mustang since it was useless at work

We are having a big cook-out July 22nd in Columbus so I will pull the motor after that. I'll start working on it probably the next day and put up the parts for sale. A friend wants the long block and I'll sell the full exhaust, intake, 626 mani, and 1.8 coil packs to put money back into the KL. Then I'm not going to rush anything and just have fun building my Lego set.
