I bought the film from RVinyl on ebay, it was only $7 for enough to do both tail lights. The reverse lights are not nearly as bright but my windows aren't tinted so until I get them tinted it won't be a problem. I used a lot of patience and a heat gun to stretch the vinyl over the lights, i did one off the ca and one on the car - both ways sucked. I would suggest taking them off and some how clamping the down.

SSR LM9. They're 18x8 in the front and 18x9 in the rear I know. Rear offset is 40 I'm pretty sure, I can't remember the front specs.

I actually found out that white on white is not too hard to pull off once you get rid of the stock pads. I switched to the hawk pads up front and went from wiping down the wheels once a week to about once every 5-6 weeks. Not bad at all.

Very jealous yours are 18x8. Trying to run a decent size tire width on 18x7.5 sucks.

Nah I just used the little mounting plugs for the emblem, filled them with body filler, and painted with good ol' 34k touch up paint. It's just the angle that makes it look like nothings there, but if you look closely, you can baaarrrrrely see them. It's alot more obvious in person.
