The Ohio Random Thread... aka We Should Probably Be Working

What's up folks? I see I missed a bit over the weekend while avoiding the internet. How is everyone doing?

I was watching the x-mas special from Jeff Dunham and for some reason one of his characters reminded me of pumpkin, I wonder why...

oh, I went to a butcher shop that Lauri recommended. I'll pick up my order tomorrow, hopefully he understood the cut that I want and I'll be able to clog my arteries a little more :)

Chinese investor pulled out, I think Spyker needed them to complete the deal. Kinda use the Spyker name with thier money kinda deal but I'm not 100% on that.

I watched some behind the scenes special on Jeff Dunham over the weekend...dude has been around since the mid 80's! Pretty interesting....but also kind of lame when you hear him doing some of the same jokes all these years. lol

meh, not like they had anything THAT special lately... cant say im suprised

Yeah, they haven't done anything of interest since GM bought them in the 90's.

True... but name me one comic who does't also. (I saw the same show)

When I saw Dane Cook live, he used an old story as his encore. Dude... I didn't laugh the first time you told the story. Second time definitely wasn't any better... and you're a tool. STFU. But alas... there are some that keep it fresh and entertaining. Most of them just aren't in the public spotlight as much as these guys are.

I concur....

Touche!

We saw George Carlin live once, and maybe 5 minutes of the 50-60 minute show was stuff that I hadn't heard. I didn't care though...s***'s funny every time I hear it coming from him! R.I.P. :(
