I been doing some research, cause I'm board, and I came up with this: cheap (any size) T-bolt clamps, cheap (2.5) https://www.amazon.com/dp/ (commissions earned), cheap (2.5'' THICKNESS, 1550 CFM, 2200 RPM) 10 inch slim fans, and cheap (2.5) intercooler kit + piping.

I posted a test fit a little bit ago. I'm not putting the bumper on till I get the fans installed and get it on the road...that way I dont have to take it all back apart if there is an issue.

Oh and I forgot to mention....Sawzall FTMFW!!! I had to cut some more on the bumper support to allow clearance for the couplers...was smart this time and borrowed a sawzall and bought a $4 1/8" thick metal cutting blade and it took me 10 mins instead of an hour with the air cutter.
Wish I would have used it the first go at the bumper support...what took 4 hours would have taken a half hour lol

Just a little FYI.reason I am going to mention this info is because if I had to do it all over again,this is the way that I would do it. Please make sure to mount the intercooler core atleast 1-2 inches back and not flushed so that it does not hit the inside plastic pieces of the bumper.why? Because this way u can keep the stock bumper grille or remove it and place it back on when u like.I will also recommend cutting the bottom of the crash bar about 1 inch to sit the intercooler higher.why?because it will get more air and u will not see the crash bar once installed through the front grille section so at the end u end up with a better look/more air cooling. Relocated maf makes a he'll of a difference. So relocate that bad boy and enjoy a more smooth idle/acceleration.slim fans are not needed but are highly recommended for a cleaner look,clearance for the hot side pipes,etc.

Ouch that mm looks beat. Mines is gold In color (I believe) I think it's made by awr or w.e it's called and has a red insert bushing. Mines seems to look as good as new. I need front brakes badddd tho lol.I wonder if I can get my cross drill rotors resurfaced/shaved down and re-used?
