What have you done to your Mazda6 today?

Yeah ....alot of work done to it but also not my cup of tea...and at that asking price it has to be someone that really loves it and is insane and thinks its a must have

I sure wouldn't drive it, and I don't know why someone would put that much time and money into a car at this price point, but that doesn't mean it should be smashed. The mods aren't subtle, and they aren't very tasteful in my opinion either, but someone did put a lot of work into it and I can respect that. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder and it's too easy to lay down useless anonymous internet hatred and catch phrases without actually thinking before typing.

On another note, I realized today that I'm low on coolant. Has anyone confirmed that Mazda FL22 is the same as "green ethylene glycol" coolant available anywhere?

Edit: Google answered my question for me, as I should have known:
From TSB said:
To enhance service life, reduce waste material, and lower maintenance costs, long-life pre-mixed "FL22" engine
coolant has been introduced into mass-production for the applicable models listed in this service bulletin.
Models with FL22 long-life coolant can be identified by the "FL22" marking on the cooling system cap label. It is
recommended that FL22 coolant continue to be used for models originally filled with FL22 coolant from the factory.
CAUTION: FL22 coolant is "pre-mixed" and must be added to the cooling system as is. DO NOT ADD
WATER TO FL22 COOLANT. Adding water will dilute the solution and lessen the effectiveness of
the coolant.

When coolant replacement becomes necessary for older Mazda models not originally filled with FL22 coolant,
FL22 coolant can be used. If FL22 coolant is used for older models, be sure to place a FL22 sticker on the
reserve tank or degas bottle to indicate FL22 coolant is being used. Six (6) FL22 stickers are included with each
case of coolant. Additional FL22 stickers can be order through MStore (p/n 9999-95-FL22).
NOTE:In the case of older models, the coolant replacement interval is every five (5) years or 60,000 miles
(96,000 km).FL22 coolant is compatible with current (Green) ethylene glycol coolant. If FL22 coolant is mixed with existing Orange coolant, coolant color will turn black. For customer
satisfaction, DO NOT mix FL22 coolant and Orange coolant.

(FL22) REPLACEMENT INTERVAL
PART(S) INFORMATION
Pre-Mixed "FL-22" Engine Coolant
OE Factory Fill (new engine) 10 Years / 120,000 mi. (192,000 km)
Subsequent Fills 5 years / 60,000 mi. (96,000 km)

Hey Qwik, Im going to order a set of Car Leds, were yours stock or did you tint/smoke them? Your car was perfect to see what they look like on mine, I just want to make sure mine would look exactly like yours.

Thanks.

It looks good, ZFZ. And your car looks nice and clean too, even the exhaust surrounds are nice and shiny.

I have to redo my nightshaded badges, I didn't put enough clear over when I did them last year and they're covered in chips and peeling sections after the winter. I'd be interested to see how the plasti-dip holds up over a year or so, keep us posted!

Yes my car led tails were all stock. They do have a tint to them as they come. As you can see in these pics back when they were installed.

i dont think the car led ones are tinted at all. its jut the flat black paint on the internal parts.
my carleds dont look like the outer shell is tinted at all.

They are just black bezels on CAR-LEDs. Also LOL at Taylor popping up at the mention of Plasti-dip.

FINALLY had my car returned to me this morning, runs nice with the new motor!

had some issues when i went to trade it in though... they didnt lowball me with a terrible offer, the sales manager just flat out said they dont want my car on the lot and wouldnt take it on trade for a new jeep!

so off i went to the next dealership and spoke to the owner, who i'm close friends with some of his family members, and he knows my father, explained that i'd like to purchase a new jeep today and that the other dealer wouldnt deal with me... we've worked out some numbers and have to wait on approval from my bank

yeah... its pretty ****** up... and after talking it over with my financial advisor the numbers the dealership crunched would **** me if i went ahead with the deal... so i'll be keeping my speed for a while... taking the weekend to think about weather i'll leave it stock with a for sale ad, put my parts back on with a for sale ad, or put my parts back on and add more

Drove the MS6 for the first time in 2 weeks yesterday.....started right up with no issues! It felt great to drive after not having done so in 2 weeks.
