I miss SC... I've decided I'm retiring to somewhere outside of Charleston.

Technically speaking... this would mean anywhere in the world except Charleston....

So we are planning our first road trip with the 5! Going to head to mom's house in FL! Leaving March 4 and coming back the 11th! Think I might put the Summers on the 5! might look nice! might not want to put them on the P5! Maybe the 5 wheels would look nice on the p5.....anyways can't wait! Started planning it out. Going to stop over in SC at South of the Border. Leaving at 9 weds am(4th) and stopping around 9-10 wherever we may be. Let the kids sleep in a real bed. Then hit the road again around 9 after breakfast and all that. Should be at my moms by DINNER TIME........Gram's Spaghetti and Meatballs and Sausage FTMFW!!! WOOT WOOT!!. Getting a new lap-top next week with wifi card from AT&T.....will be posting the whole way! I cannot wait!

We all know Tony and decisions. Tomorrow the trip will be to Colorado, Saturday to Miami and Sunday to Mexico. He might even change who's going and what car.

Been on hiatus for the past week. Skiing my brains out at Sunday River. 9-4 every day this week, no lift lines, perfect groomed conditions. Would be nice if Sunday River got some of that snow but the conditions have made for some fast, I mean FAST skiing. In fact, 3 people have died on the mountain this week. The trail Eureka claimed two lives...I skiied it on Tuesday and it was slick, steep, and very fast...faster than White Heat, Sunday River's famous "no fall zone".

The bar tender we talked with mentioned a 3rd fatality but was hush hush about it...it has apparently gone unreported....or perhaps it was just an injury. She also mentioned that on average they get about one a month, usually on White Heat. Kinda scary to think about people dying on the slopes I ski over and over....but then again, I ski quickly, but in control, and it is very common to see people pass me that are not in control given the snow conditions.

robin and i used to love to go sking, i thinks it's been 10yrs now...anyway, last time i went i thought my knees were going to give out after about 5 runs...to much abuse on the dirt bike and other "stupid" things i did in my younger days.....(notcool)
