What have you done to your P5 today?

bad cat

yesterday had to replace the first cat converter(the one just after the manifold). the CEL came on a few months ago so I replaced the O2 sensor. 800 miles later the light came back on with the same code p0421. I am sure I will be regretting not just replacing it with a OBX header.

Wired up the extra wiring harness to protect the wiring from those mean ass 35w HIDs. Didn't change the little winky winky dance they do when first powered up from before having the battery harness but, hey, they feel safer to me now, lol. Hoping the car loves the extra attention & touching she got............

oh yeah, actually drove it today. Lights just kick so much ass over the flashlight ones I had...I mean halogens. Also diggin the police lighting action where if the fogs are on with the dims, I can flash brights off & on & the fogs/brights just alternate while the HIDs do the actual lighting to drive with.

Heard a wierd clank sound whenever turning left, so pulled off the right tire and was checking things out. noticed some bird poo on the passanger window and went to get my window cleaner...which had been rolling around in my back floor...which made a clunk sound when it hit the slide rails for the seat...who feels smart? this guy.

Trust me your not the only one to have had this happen. I have seen it numerous times in my shop. Hell whats worse is i have had techs here completely stumped on a rattle caused by a loose soda can under a seat

Cant really tell when moving but yes to when the brake is applied in drive. brake with it in neutral or park no noise.

mine did the same thing too, i tightened the belts and it stopped for a while and now is doing it again, guess its time to tighten them again
