    i built a false floor for the trunk and pulled out the spare. solobaric l5 comes in tomorrow. it'll take about 5 minutes to install it.

    The parts that are used are the same. The DIY is great, but people that aren't comfortable with tools shouldn't try to engage the install themselves. Same parts, same flow, etc, though I'm not sure of the warranty that is issued with the DIY kit. The advantage to buying the tested and built...

    clutch upgrade?

    i wouldn't run a puck'd clutch on the streets. i have the spec stage 3+ clutch and its wonderful. The engagment is nice, not too harsh, but you know its beastly compared to stock, and the pressure plate is much more stiff. You can feel it after long drives with stop and go in traffic. still...
